    Yes I bought an new alternator from them it was faulty, returned it for another one which again was faulty, because it was installed and didnt work they said they would have to send it back to ******* to have it tested its been 4 weeks and they say they are waiting for the company to see if its warrantable, I am still waiting for my money back.

    The customer's product that she is trying to return for warranty tested to specs here at our shop.  We offered to send it to the manufacturer for warranty consideration, which we did at our own expense on October 25, 2023. The customer was advised this takes some time and asked for us to proceed with sending the alternator to the manufacturer. We are currently waiting for their response regarding if we will get a credit for it. If they give us a courtesy credit (since it tests to specs) we will be be more than happy to issue full credit.  We are just waiting for the manufacturer's response at this time. We have been in contact with the customer giving any updates and the manufacturer multiple times to try and expedite the warranty process. 

    I will contact the manufacturer again today to see if there have been any updates on this unit, but likely taking longer than usual since the product is working to 100% specs.
