    September 18, 2022 I contacted the establishment via phone to request that my membership be cancelled. I was told on the phone by staff that they are unable to cancel membership over the phone or in person if I was to come into the facility. I was provided an email address to reach out to and was told I would be sent a form to cancel my account. I emailed the address provided on September 18, 2022 to which I received no response. I contacted the establishment again on September 27, 2022 explaining that I had received no response to my email and would like to cancel my membership, I asked to speak to management to which I was told they were unavailable. I was again redirected to the email address and told that there was no assistance the staff answering the phone could provide to me. I clearly expressed that I wanted to cancel my membership and the lack of response should not warrant continued charges on my account. I was given no other recourse. On September 27, 2022 I sent another email requesting to cancel my account and to be sent the form for cancellation. This email also received no response, and when I called the facility again I was given no assistance and no manager contact information. The next contact I received was on October 5, 2022 from the ************************** that my account had gone to collections. I sent all my documentation to the ************************** and was told this would not go against my credit score and they would look into it. This was never done, it was reported to ******* despite their confirmation it would not be and has been affecting my credit score ever since. I am still to date, trying to resolve this issue.
