When we received this 2014 ***** Civic it was immobile. We were unable to test if the vehicle was in normal condition due to the inability to start the vehicle. We sent the vehicle to the ***** dealer for further inspection after we completed our portion of the repair. I was then told by the ***** service department technician that the lock cylinder and housing we had repaired was working, but there were further issues with the vehicle needing to be repaired. I was informed that there was no way the repair we had performed would cause these issues as the steering wheel was never removed by our shop.

I am rejecting this response because:

This totally not accurate,  the car arrived in perfect working order!!! the only needed was a lock change.

And that is what this business suppose to do and get paid for ,more than originally estimated.

And in the process of working on the car ,something happened and damage got done, probably not intentionally, but things happen,

So, I am just like to reimbursed for the extra cost that accurate when my car was in their repair shop.

As a legal business ,with good reputation??? , they should stand behind this issue, and reimburse me for this.

If this keep going on I will seek legal advice ,and take this further ,I bin patient and understanding for weeks now,

In the hope we could resolve this in a friendly matter.

    Please get this resolved ASAP

    Sincerely,

    **** *******
