To whom it may concern, I purchased over $92 groceries for 8 items in this shop on 29 December( which are higher than similar goods in other shops but I assumed they had better quality). The staff provided me a receipt only with a total price. After I requested she provided one that has each items price but has no items' names. She said thats the only form of receipt they have.Later on that day I found out one item I bought had expired half a year and the other item had a very weird smell and the best before date had been removed. Also some prices on the receipt were higher than tags shown on the shelf. The next day I went back to the shop. The same staff told me they dont accept return and there was a sign beside the counter said no return. I insisted this quality problem and she gave me $7 refund by coin without scanning every item to check the price. It raised my suspicion because the cheapest thing on the receipt was $4.5 and the refund for 2 items should be at least $9. I stated my concern and this woman showed me the price tag for one of the two items on the shelf, which was $2.25, and said she already gave me the right amount of refund. I asked why there was no such item of this price on my receipt. She argued that they had too many items in the shop and it was easily to mistake price. Then she corrected herself said the price should be $3 and took out ************* and gave to me. I showed her my receipt then she grabbed away my receipt and started to argue with me in a very aggressive and uncivilized way. I asked my receipt back but she denied instantly that she didnt take away my receipt so I tried to take photos of the expired food and told her I was going to report this. She started to squeeze my arm said I cant take photo of this item. After some physical contact she said she will give me $9 back and at the same time took the food away from my hand.More information is uploaded.
