Brought a tilt chair in to them in SEPTEMBER OF 2020 for a Covid cleaning and then put it on consignment. IT IS NOW APRIL OF 2024. We have called, emailed and stopped in numerous times and they never have information on its status always saying we need to have someone look in the warehouse for it but he is not in at the moment and we will call you tomorrow. Guess what. Never a call back. Either pay us for it or produce it for pickup with it including the expensive head support attached.

Where to start with this absolute nightmare of a company!!! I will start by saying that the dealership I work at paid Mountain Medical for my left foot accelerator and installation back in December, as soon as they got paid, they stopped answering our calls, when I finally got to talk to someone last week, After waiting 3 months, I was called a "God Dam Liar"by the owner Saying they had never delt with me before, they had, and I have the proof. They had done my installation on my last vehicle, which took almost 2 months...I knew it was installed wrong, but they did not believe me, and I there is no where else to do it in ********...Finally last week, we called Alliance in *******, They got my car in within 5 days of calling them, and they let me know that my pedal had been installed wrong when Mountain Medical did it!! Save yourself the time, and money, and just go to ******* , Thankfully this nighmare of a company didin't answer any of our calls, because now, my Left Foot Accelerator is installed properly thanxs to Alliance!

Do not do business with this supplier or have anything to do with Karen D***. She does not return phone calls or emails or follow through on any promises after you purchase from her. I bought an electric wheelchair and had to follow up 10 times to get a manual, which was to be included and was listed on the invoice. Now have a scooter on consignment with them. Which they have confirmed is sold but still no funds received. They said it was sold 2 months ago, although I suspect it has been longer than that. I’ll be surprised if I see any money from them. Was promised funds would be sent by **transfer. The date has come and gone.

My ** ***** *** Mom bought a covered scooter from them, that she has only driven maybe less than 10 times in a year, She paid $9000.00 for a covered scooter that has no model number on it, nor make name on it. One tire had fell apart, We were told, that happens when the scooter is left out in the elements. But the Scooter was covered in our open roofed garage. The problem off the scooter not running probably has not been fixed, when we wanted them to bring into there shop to be looked at and fixed, We were told the cost would be $450.00, to pick the scooter up before they had even looked at it, and another $450.00 to bring it home. The new tired cost her over $800.00.This Scooter also has been discontinued in 2019. I tried today, to get my Mom's money back, or a new scooter, I was hung up on.. Very poor business practice, coming here to complete, is my very first one ever to be made, I see I'm not the only one, that has had problems with Mountain Medical, comforting, as I was really taking this personal, and I'm heart broken for my Mom....
