I would leave 0 stars if I could, 1 star too high. I called on July 7th, 2023 when my air conditioning unit quit working. They came out within a few days. Well from there is where the service ended. The tech came out 3 more times, each time telling me that the parts were not available and quoting me a higher price for a new unit each time. After 6 weeks, I became frustrated and called the office, but nothing came of my call. Finally, after 2 months, I asked the tech to come back and reinstall the parts he removed to "video chat with Mexico" to find the parts that apparently were not working and obsolete so not replaceable. I then had another company come out to take a look. They had my air conditioning unit fixed in 20 minutes. Nothing was wrong with the parts! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. EVER!

We here at Kamloops Heating & Air Conditioning pride ourselves on customer service and the process of how your AC diagnostic was handled is unacceptable and is not how we conduct our business. The technician involved has been reprimanded and we will take every step to ensure that this does not happen again. I hope that in our conversations we have come to a satisfactory resolution.
