    We had a fixed price contract with Klein Homes. They frustrated the terms of the contract. They failed to work on any date after March 12, 2022. They cashed our cheque for the 5th draw that was $58, 000 and never worked a day since.Moreover, Klein Homes, doctored the terms of our contract on August 31,st 2022, by changing items on the construction specifications that the homeowners had already paid for. The contract was signed in March, 2022. Klein Hones will be fined from the city building inspector for failing to perform, as the permit is still outstanding in Klein Homes name. The homeowners were subjected to double billing. We supplied a bill that was paid for months before, hoping the homeowner wouldnt notice. Klein Homes damaged the homeowners custom Quartz shower and refused to accept responsibility for the damage. Klein Homes submitted various additional bills to the homeowners on a fixed price contract, in violation of the contract. Klein Hones made several, serious mistakes on the home and then proceeded to send the bills to the homeowners instead of taking responsibility for their actions. Klein Homes issues several change orders to the homeowners that were not initiated by the homeowners resulting in thousands of dollars in additional expenses. These items were included in our fixed price contract.
