In July 2021 we reached out to Josh R****** (Redeson Constr.), to replace 2 **** block walls and cast 2 concrete driveways. Estimates were provided, deposits were paid, and in Oct of 2021 the project was completed. Remaining funds were paid in full. In Jan of 2022, signicant cracking was observed and Josh was called for a review for corrective action. Josh reviewed the slab Mar 7th. The cause of the cracking was "assumed" to be moisture under the slab which possibly froze and lifted the concrete causing the cracks. Poor concrete could also be the unknown cause. Josh indicated that for an additional $600 he would remove and replace the concrete resolving the issue. We agreed. Throughout the summer months, we exchanged texts/calls attempting to secure a date although many reasons delayed the fix. Correspondence from Josh ended in July of 2022. I have attempted to reach Josh via texts and calls since then to no avail. On behalf of my elderly mom, we simply wish to have a quality driveway free of cracks. BTW... I have a complete call and text log of communication between Josh and myself. Thank you kindly, *** *******
