    Magnum Machine has had my car for repair for over 9months I have paid multipul deposits upfront.Ive attached email from early on showing June 2024 to show evidences of this delay The repair job only takes a few days There has been very little movement regarding the repair I have visited and followed up on numerous occassions.All I get is empty promises on repair dates that never happen

    After discussing in person, I reckon we(Magnum Machine and the client) have come to a reasonable conclusion with a foreseeable project finish date. 

    The car was originally booked in for a relatively straight forward repair which turned into a much more lengthy, in-depth repair. Magnum Machine didn't accept money/deposits for future work to be done - the 2 times we accepted money was for 1: For work completed to date at the time and 2: to buy a costly replacement part to continue on with the work. 

    While we wish to provide everyone a speedy service, we were not able to accommodate that on this project. We apologize for any inconvenience.
