    Mar 6/25 accepted delivery of a ** gas range, model LSGL6335F/00. Upon installation it was discovered that the display control panel ****************** was not readable. The white coating was not applied & only a "shadow" of the information is visible and definitely not readable unless one faced the display literally inches away. I contacted ** after sales warranty, rec'd a case number; Herb's Appliance contacted me for model & serial #. On Apr 10/25, Herb's arrived & replaced the issue with the ** dishwasher (same case #); however, he did not bring a replacement panel for the stove. After a quick glance at the stove, Herb's informed that the panel is normal & would not listen to me, that the panel on my stove is not the same as the panel in the store (**********) where I made my purchase. Nor would Herb's contemplate visiting ********** to look at store model to compare the difference in the display control panel. Herbs further advised me that my model was not digital, therefore, no display! Herbs also provided the model number of the stove had a digital display! Not sure why I needed a model number of a stove that I dont have.Herb's then closed the case file, and as such, ** warranty after sales has informed me that since the repair technician closed the file, ** isn't going to do anything. ** case manager Gian further advised me that the problem is with "poor" lighting in my kitchen AND ** would not contemplate sending a technician to my place & the store (where the same stove) is on display to see the difference. Solution, someone needs to look at the stove in the ********** stove, to see that the display control panel are not finished with the same white coating. Once, they see the difference, have my display control panel replaced. I have a stove with a display control panel that is not readable and the stove is not safe to use because of the proximity one has to be to the stove to read the information. AND nobody wants to actually compare the 2 stoves.

    12 July 2022, Herbs charged me $241 to fix my stove.
    8 June we set up an appointment to repair my stove as I’m moving house and needed it repaired for new owners.
    He showed up with the wrong part, said he will get back to me but never did.
    The office called me back to try set up another appointment, they could not get an appointment set up even a month away as their schedule was not made apparently. I said I am moving in a month, but would charge $25 to return the part.
    Instead I was charged a call out charge and travel charge.
    I had buy a replacement stove and get rid of the broken one.
