Disappointed in their workmanship, paid over $13,000.00 for a system recommended by the contractor. The work performed by their installation techs was very unprofessional leading to loss of 8 pounds of Freon in less than a year of operation. The service man who performed the corrective action took note of what occurred. $775.20 for the service call cuts into the benefits of owning a heat pump.

Hello ***, As the warranty shows that labour and Freon is not part of the warranty. Any faulty parts on the heat pump has warranty. The warranty on the parts was even put on the estimate that you agreed upon when you gave the go ahead to do the job.Review fromHyacinth P

Not reliable and they will just let you wait long for the service you needed. Had them for contractor and installer for Heat Pump last August 2021 when we had our First Home. Every year our heat pump always have problem in heater. This is our agony for the past 2 years. Our hydro reaches $10 per day.KVA Mechanical Ltd.

As explained when they called in to report that they would like us to come out to look at the heat pump. That we are very busy will calls and have people with no heat and are now booking in the beginning of the year. I booked them for Jan 4th **** when they called in. They called last year Jan 10 2023 with the same issue and when we went out we found out they had put a plastic bag over their unit and taken it off before we had got there. The unit was running fine at that time and was not pulling more power. The high daily consumption doesn't look like it was due to the heat pump. I also explained that they are welcome to call another service provider if they wanted it looked at sooner.
