    wednesday march 29 2023- march 30 2023. girlfriend and i stayed at motel for previous 3 days and had booked the room for another night. ********** *** * ******* ********* *** *** ******** * *** **** *** ****** *** ** ******** ******* *** ****** *** *** *** ****** **** *** ****** *** ** ******** ************ *** ****** ** **** ********** but my girlfriend said she could have a ride come right now anyways cuz we needed to make sure our room was paid first. we were short $20 but had to go hospital so had an agreement with the front desk lady to come back with the money owed after the hospital. hospital was busy and we were there late. we had to walk from hospital (about 4km up hill) and didnt get back till about 3am to which out door key did not work. we went to office to give the money and get key working. but the guy at the desk refused to let us in the room and started yelling at us. we had to sit out side in the cold for about 2 hours until police showed up and let us in the room. police said what they were doing was not right and was appalled by there actions. next day during check out we were a lil late waking up so they refused to give the deposit back to us. and were very rude about it swearing at us. saying that it was not there problem. which it was there problem since we had to sit out in the cold for hours waiting for police. it was police that suggested we contact the BBB. the motel takes no responsibility for there actions even after they lied about switching us room after the first day for the jacuzzi suite we originally wanted. which we never got. k confirmation# **********. we tried to make best of situation up until being locked out and treated like we were garbage. *** ***** ***** ********* ***  customer service there was the worst i have ever seen. * ***** ***** ******** ***** ********* **** ***** but this was beyond disrespectful and degrading. have stayed several times here and loved it but this behaviour as of recently is absolutely unacceptable.
