It has been an on going g transaction with RIVER CITY CYCLE in kamloops B.C ever since July 22 2023. In and around that time frame. I bought a brand new ********* ****** ********** *** ********* bike. Immediately upon purchase of the bike the brakes light and cruise control did NOT work. So I brought the bike back to them! They told me I had to put my old brake levers on tp resolve the problem which I replied with these are OEM brake levers from ********* amd they are for this bike. They were even purchased through your dealer. They responded say well the old ones have to go on. Keep in mind I did no work on the bike. RIVER CITY CYCLE has done all the work with recipts to show it. I went home and decided to take the brake levers off myself and see what's going on. As soon as I started looking into the the brake lever I noticed it was broken. Brought the bike back and told the dealer to which they said they would warranty. It's been over a month now and I've herd from.the manufacturers that's it's not their problem to fix my bike even though it's a warranty issue. I have that in an email. They did do warranty work for an oil leak in my bike and when the dealer but it back together there is now a stripped bolt in the engine case now which the mechanic knew about but decided he wouldn't let me know " ** *** ***** ** *** ** **** * ******** ******* ******* *** told me that. I now have a bike I spent over 20 grand on with stripped and missing bolts, broken parts I didn't even break amd a dealer who will not warranty them. I want to return the bike which I don't know if they will let. I've ask them what are they going to do to make it right and they have been rude to me. I should be this poorly treated from a bike dealer in town, and I definitely shouldn't have these problems with a brand new bike. They put bolts in wrong spots and mixed matched other bolts. I'm hoping there is something you guys can do or help me with in this case Thanks you ******.
