    This company was originally hired by ******* Gal at the now closed ********* ******* to store all new appliances purchased through her for our new build home under construction at the time. Upon her suddenly informing us she was closing her doors she passed along the storage rental of them to us to deal with with *** until the home was completed and they could be delivered and installed. We communicated always with the two as we didn't know *** at all. When the time came for delivery in May2022 WE discovered many items missing. *** assured us he would return to the warehouse and then deliver the remaining. Communication has NEVER been initiated by him, only us which took several days that week to get an answer about what happened and where the items were and when they would be delivered. The story changed several times to them being first just missed in the delivery to missing, to then some items being damaged that he and Durvene both new about the previous JANUARY but failed to inform us. They stated then that at that time the damaged items were re ordered and that is why some things were missing, they were pending delivery of the replacement items. That didn't answer the issues to the other missing items. It took months to sort out and get the items finally onsite for installation. This entire time there has never been any proactive communication from Cargo Chain (***) or Durvene, only reactionary to our pleas to be made whole on delivery and installation of our purchased items. We have submitted all the paperwork, invoices and information to them both with ZERO acknowledgement or communication back. We hope BBB can help if not we will be seeking reimbursement through small claims.Our hope is simply that Cargo Chain make good on the promises they advertise and stated.Please let us know what next steps are.Sincerely, ****** & ****
