    We used Team Lift to move my father's furniture etc. from Kamloops to a White Rock storage unit.
    Upon checking the storage units after the team left, we found two broken glass tables that would have been obvious on closing the units, as there was broken glass all over the floor. The two movers made no mention of the breakage. We were subsequently reimbursed for this breakage. Two months later when we opened the storage unit to move his belongings to his new home, we found more breakage. Tires were piled upon a white couch, his computer monitor (in it's original box - so clearly labelled) had been loaded to the bottom of all the boxes so subsequently damaged. A box of dishes, again, clearly marked, also loaded to the bottom of the boxes and most dishes smashed. Two lampshades were crushed and a chest of drawers so damaged that the new movers kindly took the unit away.
    We contacted Team Lift again, but no response to the email.
