    Interior Plumbing & Heating Ltd came out right away for emergence call, The sewage from Sump pump was coming into our basement apartment. We were not former clients. They told us the emergency call out rate. They found the problem, fixed it, ordered new part, sent plumber to install nest day. We always used Mr ****** before this, but when our initial call went our to them they would send someone between 4-6pm.That would be 2-4 hours after I called. Our second call to them as sewage was coming in, was they could not come and in fact the plumber that was to come at 4-6 pm would not be coming till next day at 9-11 am, But they sent us an estimate for $1700.00+ immediately. They had not be in my house to see what was causing the problem. Interior Plumbing & Heating Ltd did the work, did not demand payment before or after they fixed the problem, The invoice from them was $686.35 total, for emergency call out, new part, next day service to install new part. They sent it 2 days after the work was completed. which I paid right away. No sewage claim on my insurance, I could use the bathroom again.Thank you for such great service.
