    I was purchasing a hot tub through this fellow vis ********* My father was recently diagnosed terminally ill with cancer. I put his motorcycle up for sale, his pride and joy. **** from Energize pool and Spa wanted to trade the bike for a hot tub. I checked out his online presence, seemed good. In the end he took the bike and provided me with an incomplete damaged product. The bike is worth 3 times this product. He did not disclose all the damage and missing parts. He purposely excluded in all photos and hide it. Now I have a damaged product and he has a perfectly good product. I also paid an additional $1059 deposit, I did not get back. How he went about it was a complete scam. He purposely hide the damage. Once the tub was installed and I opened the lid I called him and asked him to reverse the deal. I was heartbroken that I let this happen to my father and I. He would not do anything, he ended up driving away on me and not returning my messages. It was the most crocked awful thing I have seen someone do. I am very upset I let it happen. I am hoping you can somehow help my situation. As you will see in the pictures provided, the ones he sent me purposely hide. The first picture is what I found as soon as I opened it. It also has other missing parts, pillows, jets etc. it is a damaged incomplete product. I do not trust this man to return the bike unharmed now or to provide me with a new tub. I am at a loss.

    The tub was available for inspection before the transaction was started.

    The purchaser claims there was only a problem with the tub after the delivery had been completed and we had left the delivery address.

    Several attempts to offer compensation were offered and refused.

    When verbal threats, abuse, attempt to ***** on their side of the deal (withhold items that ownership has already been transferred), and involving law enforcement for a 100% civil matter we discontinued to try and help due to company policy regarding threats of violence and personal harassment.

    There is also $500 left for payment on their purchase.
