4 months, $3,224 and NOT ONE application within ***July 9th, 2024 I began a recruiting contract with Excel Personnel. They in good faith took my money for their service of finding me a qualified individual to work at my Barbershop."From initiating this search to successfully on-boarding the new ****** of [REDACTED SHOP NAME] we anticipate a period of between 3 12 weeks to successfully place the right fit candidate in this position. Of course, there may sometimes be extenuating circumstances that may be factored in hiring the right fit within this timeline and appropriate actions may need to be taken to accommodate. For example, if this search were to commence on June 24, 2024, we would like to have a candidate in this role no later than September 16, 2024."after 4 months they haven't recieved 1 application from a **, *****, or Alberta resisdent. They claim they will "keep trying," but I don't have years to spend doing this, especially considering they claim a 12 week process, and it's been 16 weeks and we're not even past stage 1.I have never seen one of their advertisments.[This is part of a far more lengthy article which I wrote about this, going into all the details about their contract.]

    Excel Personnel isn't my employer.
I'm the owner operator of The *************************, and I purchased their service to find an employee for my shop.

Also, I've attached the full written complaint of my case against them.
