    *** and *** are unprofessional, rude and ignorant, they use foul language instead of speaking to you in an adult way, they refuse to do proper business and be responsible. They piled a snow mountain in front of my motorhome, assuming I wouldn't be accessing it through winter, even though they never asked me, now I cannot access it to get my belongings out and I can't drive in. It is parked too close to the next vehicle to safely move boxes out and a queen size mattress and a 7 foot Kayak. When I approached *** about this he began yelling at me and swearing at me, was told to" "Get a shovel and f****** dig!" and then - before he did a burnout beside me and my 3 month old granddaughter - he yelled "To get my motorhome and get the f*** out". I went inside to speak with *** and she told me that they were getting someone to come plow the snow the next day. I told her that was ok and I would come back after it had been plowed. I called the next day and left a message. I called back a half hour later, *** answered on the 7th ring and impatiently replied "What do you expect us to do? We don't shovel out front of peoples spots." I told her it was most certainly her responsibility and that she needed to move the snow so I can get my motorhome and leave. She then yelled "Bring a shovel and dig yourself a path!" then hung up the phone on me.Three days later my sons went to speak with them (**** had not been removed or even touched) and the woman denied saying to me that she would move the snow or that I had to leave, and that I would have to wait for the snow to melt or move the snow myself, and then she slammed the door in their faces. As it stands, they are unwilling to find a solution to an issue they caused and I am looking for someone to come move the snow. At my expense. These two are horrible horrible people. I would like to get my unit out so i can take pictures and sell it and get my belongings into my new house.
