    We used **************************** DBA easyREG to host our virtual Primary teacher's AGM and conference on October 19 and 20, 2023. This included processing registrations online ahead of time, collecting payments, and hosting our virtual event via zoom for our 1500 participants. On the night of the **** they were half an hour late opening for us and out of 100 people who had registered, only 30 waited and were able to participate. On the next day, they crashed and were unable to open our keynote and following sessions for us. We had no service for 2 hours and when it did resume, they left us to open zoom rooms and connect with unhappy participants ourselves with no further contact or help. We wrote them a letter right away asking them to correct their billing as we should not be charged for services they failed to produce and we had no response. Furthermore we asked them to compensate us for our costs for a guest speaker we had to pay that never even got to work because their session never opened for participants as there was a further error in how the zoom rooms were set up. They did not adjust our bill for their errors nor even reply to us. They only just gave us our bills in September of 2024. In totally they received $163,950 from our participants and only forwarded ********* to us right away. The rest they held onto with no reasonable explaination until Sept 2024 They made interest on our money and have not compensated us for that. Furthermore they report having to refund 26 unhappy participants $2765 but have taken off ******** in refunds from our income with no explaination as to this difference. They report that their fees are $ ********* but we wonder how genuine they are when they claim credit card fees are ******** of this amount with no proof they had to pay that fee plus zoom licenses for ****** with no proof or receipts for that either. We really feel that this business is acting improperly and they need to be held accountable for all of this.
