    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Pirate Palace Tattoo Studio, owned by ****, regarding a series of issues that have occurred from the beginning of my interaction with the studio up to the present.Non-Refundable Booking Fee: I was initially scheduled a tattoo appointment for October 17 with Pirate Palace Tattoo Studio and was required to pay a booking fee of $200 on September 14 ( the day of consultation) to book my slot for 6 hours of tattoo.Multiple Reschedulings: The problems began when the appointment was rescheduled on multiple occasions. First, **** rescheduled due to a personal family buisness matter, then due to his back pain, and, finally, he did not show up for the appointment on the scheduled date. From 17th October to 24th October, then on 28th October, i got the rescheduled date. On 28th October, Saturday, i had to wait for for him for almost 3 hrs in his shop and he didnot show up. I even took a day off from work because of the tattoo appointment.Unfulfilled Service: Despite my patience and understanding, the service I paid for was not provided as promised.Refund Request: In light of these multiple issues and the fact that I had to wait for over a month to get my tattoo from the day of booking Septmeber 14, I requested a refund of the $200 booking fee, which was non-refundable according to the studio's terms. Non- refundable fee was the security deposit of booking the slot for 6 hrs of tattoo. But the tattoo artist did not even provide service.Lack of Response: Despite multiple attempts to communicate with **** about the refund and the inconvenience I have faced, I have not received any response or resolution.I believe that the situation described above constitutes an unfair business practice, as I have neither received the service nor a refund of the booking fee deposit. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that I receive the appropriate compensation for the service that was not provided.
