    Jan 24. 2023 Took vehicle in for **** glass replacement due to crack. Clearview accepted the work and told us they could fix it.When we picked up the vehicle, there was an error saying the front camera was not working and needed to be reset. Clearview claimed it would go away. It did not.Jan 31 2023 They agreed to have the car back to try and fix the issue. They again were unable to resolve it and told us to take it to the dealership and they would cover the bill. Feb 6, 2023 Car is fixed at local dealership. **** is $203.88 and forwarded to Clearview glass. Feb 16, 2023 Clearview finally responded saying that they would not cover the hill as **** would not cover it.After talking to Clearview on Feb 21 it was clear that they never had intentions to fix the vehicle to its original state not cover the costs. They left us hanging to cover the repair for an issue that they caused. And felt they did not have any responsibility to the customer.

    Good morning, We ( Clear View Glass **** replaced the windshield for *************************** and we also recalibrated  the **** camera system.There was a code that was in computer in their 2018 **** ******** that we could not clear. When ******************* picked up his ******** I advised him that we did a succesful calibration but could not clear the code, only the dealer could. I also advised ******************* that I had called **** and they said if the customer chooses to take it to the dealer they are on thier own, I relayed that conversation on to ******************* of which he agreed .We tried to get **** to pay for it when ******************* returned with the invoice from the dealer with no success.******************** then called and talked to us on the matter but she would not listen to myself or my wife and claimed we wrecked her car. ******************** was extremly upset and told us her review would come back to bite us and hung up!
