I booked a condo for a golf trip for August 7-11, 2020 at a cost of 2407.00. When we arrived, the owner Lilian L*** advised that the condo was double booked and that we could not access it. We had to find another condo at the last minute and paid a high premium for another condo unit at 943.79 per night. In an email exchange with Lilian, she claimed that the booking error was an issue with the software that had been resolved, and promised to hold the funds as a deposit for the following year, dates of August 3-8, 2021. She was unresponsive in 2021 and I had to make other arrangements for accommodation. I then requested that the deposit be returned to me. She has been unresponsive to texts, phone calls and emails. I am seeking reimbursement of 655.62 being the difference in rates from what was contracted in writing and what I had to pay for alternate accommodation.
    Thank you
