I listed our boat and RV with carsellercanada and RVsellercanada. ******* said he would be able to secure financing for potential buyers and advertise the product in exchange for a listing fee. The first couple times I contacted ******* ********************************** he responded but then after that there was radio silence. No response to emails when I had potential buyers inquiring about financing. Because of that I lost out on potential sales and had to lower the price of the units when they sold. I received a phone call from a guy by the name of **** from CarSellerCanada.com on August 7 2023 regarding a RV I have listed for sale ****** ***** and ******. He went through this huge sales pitch saying he would list my RV on 8 different sites and its listed on 2 and that i would receive email confirmation of each listing i have not received any and he also said that they even help with financing just like the dealerships do and that he could have my RV sold within 2 to 3 weeks *** then he said for a small fee of $313.95 tax included and I told him I was not interested then he paused for a minute then he said actually I have a buyer for it right now that they would be in contact with me. I have not heard from anyone. I have emailed the office out in ******* ** I have called the office and left voice-mail I have called the number that that *************** called me from several times and NOBODY has returned my calls. CarSellerCanada Hello, on Mar 21 of this year I was contacted by **** regarding a motorhome that I have listed for sale on ****** and ***********. I was assured that he could post my add at a higher price on nationwide websites and possibly get it sold sooner for a flat rate of $299 plus tax and he could also offer financing. It sounded like such a great deal, I also had him list a car that I have for sale at a special one time price of an extra $100, for a tax included price of $417.90. I was also told that I would receive info. as to where my items were posted. It was posted on only a few places. It was even posted on RVTrader which is on of the largest online websites in the country. Ive since received calls on these units from other websites asking about the possibility of financing. I forwarded their phone no.s to ****. Neither of them received any response. After a few calls to ********** finally spoke with him and was questioned about how serious these buyers were. I really didnt think that I was responsible for financial screening. I was told that he had passed the info to the finance **** and that they were put in a queue and would be contacted. None of these people were ever called. I feel that my money was wasted. * **** ***** **** ******* ******* ** **** ******* ** *** *** *******. They were not very positive. I was selling my trailer online and ************ called me and offered financing services and his "20 years of marketing experience" and ads posted online. The cost was ******. July 26th, I paid for the service. **** promised it would be advertised every where. He said they list it in "******, **** ******, *********** and he also listed many others". After I paid, no links to ads arrived as promised. I called several times as no ad was online (other than what I posted) and I had not received a link (as promised). Aprox 5 days later, He said it was probably a typo in my email (which worked fine to get the payment receipt). Then he said he had to call head office to look into it and would call me back. He never called me back. 8 days later I finally got an email to the listing on their own websites. It still was never listed in any site they had promised. I left voicemails before the long weekend for both the sales *************** and the head office number linked me to ****'s voicemail. It now 2 business days after the long weekend and again no call back. Left another message today - no call back. Its been 2 weeks since I paid and they never posted the ad as promised. I want a refund as they have not done anything that they promised. I tried to deal with it privately, but no one can return my call.Initial Complaint

I was contected by a gentleman telling me he is a broker and he will advertise and supply the financing for clients with the sale of my trailer. After i received my invoice and the contract it states we are not brokers and only list our trailer on various platforms. I was led to believe that he would be supplying broker services that he would actively pursue buyers for my trailer and this is not the case.I have tried contecting him and he is not calling me back.I would appreciate my money back as the services promised are NOT the services provided.Initial Complaint

In March 7,2023 I was called by *************** about selling our ** as he had recently reached out to me in 2022 and I opted not to do so. This was a follow up from **** and I agreed to pay the $313.95 fee to list the *** **** mentioned that there would be a few slow weeks until the weather improved but now we are 2 months later and no offers or interest in the *** CarsellerCanada listed the trailer and asked me to keep my existing ads in ******** ****** ***** and on ******. The ads were running and expired several times and each time I reached out to CarsellerCanada to ask if they were to renew the ads there were no responses. I emailed and called and again no responses. I have renewed the ads several times and feel that what was promised has not been delivered. There is no benefit or support from what was offered. They have not fulfilled their obligations. His claim was that he would help us increase the amount of advertising being done on the ** by creating ads on many different national platforms to get more leads. He also said that he would be actively marketing the ** and help potential buyers get financing for a one time fee of $299. He said we would have access to all of the data from the advertising platforms in order to be able to assess the activity and improve our odds of selling it. He also said that the ads would be up "over the weekend" in order to make sure we took advantage of the opportunity to sell to buyers looking to get into ** before the ** shows. It all sounded like a great service. However, since then, the ads are not all active and show "404" errors. They definitely weren't with any major platforms and I am unable to login to my account (says it doesn't exist. He said the company must be working on the other ads. Then we submitted requests to update our contact information and never heard back from the company after following up several times. (As per previous claims that have been made, messages were left for **** that weren't returned. This seems to be a regular issue and is not acceptable) . However, he couldn't find our file and didn't really remember the details of our original discussion. We haven't received any leads from this activity and all the promises made have been broken. The ad web link does change from time to time depending of the website, however our team could have been better providing you with timely follow up and new links showing your listing. On October 13, 2022 I called Matt W***** about selling our RV as he had recently reached out to a neighbour offering his services. He said that he could definitely help us sell it and would work to get it sold over the next two weeks. His claim was that he would help us increase the amount of advertising being done on the RV by creating ads on many different national platforms to get more leads. He also said that he would be actively marketing the RV and help potential buyers get financing for a one time fee of $299. He said we would have access to all of the data from the advertising platforms in order to be able to assess the activity and improve our odds of selling it. He also said that the ads would be up "over the weekend" in order to make sure we took advantage of the opportunity to sell to buyers looking to head south for the winter. It all sounded like a great service. However, since then, the ads were not created in a timely manner and I had to follow up to see when they would be created. A couple days later, we received an update that some ads were up with the company he represents (Car Seller). They definitely weren't with any major platforms and we weren't provided any login details to manage the activity. He said the company must be working on the other ads. Then we submitted requests to update our contact information and never heard back from the company after following up several times. Messages were left for Matt that weren't returned. Finally, I got a hold of him and he said that he's requested updates but that we just need to be patient. However, he couldn't find our file and didn't really remember the details of our original discussion. On July 7, 2022. This company contacted me and told me they would help sell my 5th wheel and would be able to finance potential buyers for a 1 time fee of $299 plus tax=$313.95 Since then, I have tried to contact them on More than 1 occasion and I had a potential buyer that wanted to look into financing. They have not responded to myself or the potential buyer. I feel like this is just a **** to take your money and make big empty promises.Business Response

We had the unfortunate discussion with Matt W***** of CarSellerCanada promising to help sell our motorhome by providing nationwide advertising, assistance with financing (with ****** ** *******) for a specific buyer and to keep us informed of any interest in our motorhome. The only ad he actually posted was on his own site CarSellerCanada. He promised to send us complete documents on his services via email but nothing came. When questioned about it, he said they were having internet problems and would send it again, and of course, he never did. He sounded legit so we sent him a credit card payment of $313.95 as his fee. He said he makes his profit when customers finance the motorhome through the above company. We never did receive a receipt for our payment even after sending messages to him. Matt said he spoke with you and you mentioned you "texted" our land line which we would not receive any of those messages. We didn't receive any emails from you.
