    On November 18 I brought my car to MrLube 1850 Underhill street, for an oil change, the amount that i paid was 136.62. Then after two weeks just 100km after the service. On December 6, I was driving my car to work and the light for the oil level was on over my dashboard, so after work I went back to Mrlube and my car was leaking oil, the oil plug thread has a damage and they didn't solve my issue because they have to go though their camera system, the supervisor Brayden told me that the manager will call me Thursday or Friday that week, i didn't receive any call and i decide to go back on Friday and ask about the resolution of my issue, at that moment the supervisor by name Jason told me that he didn't know anything about the issue and the manager was unavailable, even when they knew that i was waiting for the phone call. I received a call on Sunday from the manager named Tim, He said that he will have his mechanic for Monday to take a look into my car, i went there on Monday morning and the mechanic said that the problem was solve because apparently they didn't tighten properly the oil plug, that afternoon i had an appointment with ********** and they found that my car still leaking oil. They recommend to replace the oil pan. So far MrLube doesn't want to take the responsibility of the damage in the oil pan, the solution that I have is to leave with my car leaking oil, I have been 5 times there and they have been change their version of the problem every time i go there, i just want my car fixed and the repair of the leaking.
