    In Jan 2022 I ordered 4 ****** ******* blinds from this business and paid deposit. The blinds were installed months later and one blind was a bit broken but installed anyway until new blind could be delivered. This blind was apparently delivered to Blind by Design Nine and they still have it. I then ordered 4 more blinds on 11 April 2022 to match the other new blinds and paid the deposit. The owner of the company who is a Representative for ****** *******, has refused to contact me and ****** ******* Head Office informed me that the blinds were never even ordered and, that she has been in receipt of my repaired blind for months. The Head Office made several attempts to contact the business & they did have some success, they informed her that she needed to contact me and that I had been trying to contact Blinds by Design Nine for a couple of months. The owner, Audry T***, has still never contacted me. *** *** ********* ** *** I reported the over $2,000 fraud to ******Card and now have to wait for a new card due to her compromising the card with fraud. * ** **** ** ****** *** ***** ** *** ****** ** **** *** **** **** ******** ** *** ******* ****** ***** The ****** ******* reported her to the Area Sales Representative and I understand she will not contact that Representative either and is incommunicado. It has been a horrible experience that was supposed to be exciting and fun. I would appreciate it if this business is flagged to any and all potential consumers to inform them of this ********** business *** ********* ******** ******** of the owner, Audry T***. ****** ******* Representative, Michelle, is so concerned that this business would do this and has recommended a different business where I will have to start the whole process of ordering and waiting all over again. This business needs to be closed.
