My wife and I went to Tile N All for pure white floor tiles on June 24, 2024. We chose one sample and got the quote. I paid half of the invoice the following day. Upon receiving the tiles, I was not informed by the staff to inspect the products, and they assisted me in loading them into my car. Later, I noticed that the installed tiles did not match the sample at all (they have gray pattern). When I brought this to the store's attention, I was informed that the sample and the tiles I received were from different dye lots (older and newer). They pointed out a small-font disclaimer on the tile box, stating that I should have inspected each piece upon receipt. They also mentioned that had I done so, they would have been happy to take back and exchange the tiles for **** then mentioned that I had six uninstalled tiles I wanted to return. They informed me that a return request should be made within 30 days of purchase. I emphasized that I was requesting this within that timeframe. However, then they insisted it was a final sale and denied any possibility of return or refund. They later sent me the receipt and paid invoice, which they should have been provided to me at the time of payment one month ago. Additionally, they accused me of "harassing" them because I had called twice within two ******* you can see, the store has continuously changed their reasons in response to my inquiries. They refuse to acknowledge their mistakes and deny my request for a return and refund. What frustrated me the most was their accusation of harassment due to my two phone calls. Throughout this process, I have requested to speak with the owner, but the staff informed me that the owner would not speak to ***** a new immigrant, I am unfamiliar with the business practices in ******, particularly within the tile industry. The entire experience has left me feeling disrespected, discriminated against, and defrauded.
