    I recently had the pleasure of hiring Get It Right for my home cleaning needs and I couldn't be happier with the results. The attention to detail that the team provides is truly impressive.     Our experience with Get IT Right:
    The process was smooth. We got a free estimate from their website and spoke with Deanna over the phone about a move out clean. They made sure our checklist was done and the property was spotless for the new owners.
    The team was friendly, professional and completed the work in a timely manner. We were impressed with the attention to detail achieved by the team at our initial move out clean, that we arranged their bi-weekly cleaning services and have used them for the last two months at our new property in West Kelowna.
    From our previous cleaning company experiences, this company has been the best so far. We look forward to when their team comes to clean as they go above and beyond to bring our property to its best condition!

    I requested a move out clean, they sent me a quote and a list of cleaning services that were included with the move out clean. The cleaner was at my apartment for two hours, they then charged me for four hours of cleaning. When I explained that she was only there for two hours they changed the bill to three hours of cleaning, as thats their minimum charge (even though they didn't mention that in the quote they sent me). Also, the cleaner didn't even complete all the items that they told me they would do for a move out clean.
