    The contract was signed in feb 2023. SaaS academy was supposed to do consulting and coaching for Inframappa every month for a $2,500 per month, for a total of $30,000 for the year. In the first month, Saas academy did two sessions of one hour each of consulting. No sessions took place since. There was a conference offered which I attended but had to pay for the conference so it is not part of the agreement.SaaS academy kept billing me the $2,500 without any services provided. I contacted SaaS Academy to complain and they confirmed that "they found out that they started offering personal coaching as many of the clients did not benefit from the program". I requested a free extension for my agreement for the number of months I did not receive their services but they refused to do so and confirmed that "the contract says the client has to keep paying the monthly fees for one year no matter if a service is rendered or not and there is no way out for you". I was officially informed of this by ***************** who holds a title Head of SaaS Academy as ********************* the actual head of the academy is unreachable. I then asked to pause the subscription and stop the contract until we find a solution but this was also denied and they keep charging my account monthly $2,500.

    While we are disappointed to read this client's statement on his experience in the SaaS Academy Program, we do not believe it is an accurate reflection of his time within the program. After you review the accounts of his participation and our communication in the program in the attached file youll find that we continually welcomed him, followed up, and encouraged his participation. While we cannot force a client to participate, our team takes every step to remind, encourage and nudge our clients to be an active member of the program and community. The client, on countless occasions, was non-responsive and made the choice to not participate in the program. Part of the client commitment he signed informed him that SaaS Academy is not a monthly subscription but an annual program with the option to monthly finance which he opted for. As any business, we expect that our clients fulfill their signed commitment and financial obligations as we fulfill our commitment and service promise to them.
