    I purchased a ***** from this company on Dec 31 2022. I paid $42.50 total, not a lot of money but the item was a gift for my husband that has sentimental value. I have contacted ***** several times, the first response was January 9th stating the just got back from holidays and were working on orders. Completely understand!!! Then I checked in a week later via reply to that email, no answer, I used the contact us on the website, no answer.. I then contacted ***** again via ********* and he responded that it had been shipped and would check on the tracking.. he didnt end up getting back to me. I messaged a couple more times with my concerns after reading some negative things on reviews and bbb of people having the same experiences and reading about a previous law suit.. I also expressed my concerns about the shop now showing temporary closed and website no longer working.. ***** responded very rudely in my opinion but did say he would refund. I have not received the refund nor the item purchased and no longer getting any response. His store is now listed as permanently closed very upset with this transaction

    the customer was kept up to date every time about our change and move. she was just simply pushy and inpatient. forgets to mention the over 100 positive transactions. customer was already sent full refund few days ago.

    I emailed West Coast Authentic regarding a ***** ***** signed photo (to purchase as a gift for a friend) which was on their website. The owner, Jason B******, replied saying its in stock and ships in 2-3 days and will sell it to me for $650 (was $50 less than on his site) if I e-transfer him. I sent the money November 7, 2022.
    Nothing arrived and my follow ups got the same "shipping soon" or "should have it in 2-3 days".
    I asked for a refund on November 21 after two weeks of nothing (no tracking, no receipt, no updates).
    I ******* Jason B****** and found reviews which sounded like what I am going through.
    Since then I have been asking Jason for the money via email and I keep getting the same response that it will be sent later the same day.
    I have received two payments (Nov 27 $200 , Dec 1 $200) which I had to send way too many emails to ask him for.
    Jason offered a gift which I politely refused, asking just for the refund we agreed upon.
    Since December 5 have not heard from him. I have given up following up. It has been seven weeks since I have paid him and gotten no product and only $400 of 650 back.

    I am attaching for BBB to review: a full email log, proof of payment (and partial refund), and screen shots of the item on the West Coast Authentic website.

    I ordered an Anderson Silva Glove and it was not shipped. Finally got in touch with them after 2 weeks and they said it was damaged when they moved the authentication sticker. They said they would send me a refund and send a new glove. I never received either. Lost money!! I contacted them 14 times after and they did not even respond.

    i can assure you we never received 14 emails. and if we didn't respond, how would he know the glove was damaged. Not one phone call placed to us ever. refund was sent already below and a free gift was even sent.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Please see the attached e-mail chain.  MORE than 13 e-mails were sent (Attached).  I also called 3 times.  I do apologize for missing a refund.  A refund of $104.25 was received on November 2nd (Attached).  This was not for the full amount of $143.  Also as you see in the e-mail chain, I NEVER received a free glove.  I just was this to make this square.  No full refund received, no free glove received.  Evidence attached.

    We will do a little math test here. Full refund was given. You didn’t pay 140 USD it worked out to aprox 108 bucks that yiu were fully refunded. We are not obligated to give you anything free. We offered but instead you decided to bad mouth us etc. you received full refund
