    I had one of there men come out to give me a quote to remove mouldy drywall and a shower with mould and also floor tile with mould. He came and assessed the job and took all the measurements. On Apr 19 I called ****** and asked he not to send this quote to ******** as the man that came out wanted to know if it was insurance I said no. At that time she said she would let there adjustor know this and they would have a quote done next week. On April 26 I called ****** at Hydra clean again and she said she would speak to the people who do the quotes and have them call me. No one called. On May 9 I called Hydra clean and ****** was not there left message for her to call me. The lady who answered the phone said she would look into where this quote is and get back to me. Called ****** again May 16 and she wasnt in left message for her to call me again. May 17 I called Hydraclean again was told **** project manager would call me, no one called. May 24 called Hydralcean again and spoke to ***** again still no quote and **** was busy and will call me back. Never recieved a call from ****. ** **** ***** * ***** ** **** **** ******* ** **** *** **** *** *** **** *** *** *** ** ************* It is June 6-24 to day I am writing this and have never heard back from them.
