      This company promised me a refund in email of which I have proof. A month later when it didnt arrive I reached out and was told I wasnt entitled to a refund and someone was supposed to reach out to me. They said it was in the mail. Due to circumstances outside my control I didnt take their course. They originally said they were refunding me less $50 which I agreed to. Now they wont refund me any of the $800+

      This customer signed up for a New Rider Course in spring of 2022. She attended two evenings of Theory, and completed most of the first day of Practical training. She began the second day of Practical training, but left during the morning warm up. During the training, she admitted to the Instructor that she was distressed and distracted due to a relationship breakup. Her progress in training was therefore limited. As is our policy, the customer was offered many opportunities to continue with training. As there were no openings that would allow her to retake the course, we would have provided one on one training on her schedule to ensure that she was successful. She declined all offers. Our refund policy clearly states that, after the course commences, we will only provide the balance of training and no refund will be issued.In spring of 2023, this customer was offered a complimentary seat in a scheduled course as a goodwill gesture so that she could retake the training. No payment was requested or received. Prior to the commencement of the complimentary course that she was offered, the customer withdrew from the course and requested a refund. The administrator agreed to submit a refund request to the manager, under the mistaken impression that the customer had paid for the second course. As that was not the case, the refund request was denied. Again, the offer was made to provide for the completion of training, as per our guarantee, to the successful completion of the Motorcycle Skills Test. Also, the manager agreed to waive the rescheduling fee. To date, the customer has declined our offers.

      I was asked to leave the course the instructor felt I was distracted. I had just found out my house rental was sold and I had two months to move in an insane rental market. My rent doubled when I had to move. When I rebooked I didnt know the second rental in a year was going to be sold before the course started. I can no longer afford any luxury or a bike. Life changes and this company has zero room for humanity. They told me in writing I was getting a refund then changed their mind with no communication. Keeping all the money is unethical and cruel I budgeted for the refund that was promised.
