The manager ***** at Echo strung us along with a so-called plan to help our daughter who was a busy-body during their 1.5 hour quiet time. We thought she was going to work with her but they terminated her, point blank and now her mom and I have no childcare with no notice. She sent an email at 6pm on a Wednesday. Our daughter was great today and yesterday, all good reports from her teachers. Now I cant get a hold of anyone to understand what happened.***** collected extra money from us to pay teachers for extra 1:1 time to help our daughter, but didnt tell the teachers about it and didnt even bring someone in. Nobody had heard from her.***** wanted to try an ignoring strategy to help teach our 3 year old, we didnt even get there because she pulled the rug out from under us.The staff there are amazing and we are grateful to them, but even they seem like they are struggling under an oppressive manager who is inconsistent and cruel, and wants children to fit into a neat little box which is just not how people work.*** ******** ** ********** *** *** ******** **** ** ** ** ** * ******* ****** *** *** **** ** *** ********** **** ** ****** *** **** ****** **** **** *** ******* *** *** ******** *** **** * ***** ****** * ********** ****** *** **** ***** **** * *** **** ***** * ******* ****** *** * ***** ***** *** ******** *** ** *** ** * *** **** *** ** **** **** ******** ***** ** **** ***** **** **** **** ******

I registered my son at echo academy landmark location on july 14 to have him part time (2 days a week in August and full time in September) i was starting new job and booked my days accordingly. First day he went for hours since they stated in the contract 3 days gradual entry. They srart complaining that he wouldn’t follow their routine, i try to explain that he didn’t have enough time and never been to daycare before. The second day he was supposed to come from 8:30 to 1 but they only take him 2 hours as well. In the second day he didn’t want to go pee before they go out so she kept him inside and try to make him pee for an hour, since that day he would refuse to go pee even at home and start to scream every time, also he started having accident which he never had before so something happened that day. I did send an email to notify her. The third day they insisted on having him for 2 hours as well and kept complaining about him not following the routine every day. When i told Robi that day my job situation and can’t do half day anymore because i need to work and he definitely need to spend more time to get used to their routine she offered me full time spot but again till 1pm only the next day. I sent her full time fees same day. That was Tuesday August 10. August 11 he went till 1:30 again and she was very mean to us that day because i told her will go get pull ups for him so she don’t have to worry about accidents. She accepted my fees on Wednesday and Thursday at 4 she told me she won’t be able to allow him in the daycare anymore. She refused to give me my money back at first. I paid a total of 880$, he went for 5 days 2 hours, 2.5 h, 3 h, 4.5 h and 5 h last day. She didn’t follow her contract and try to take advantage of me needing the care, i told her i will lose my job but didn’t care. She said will be so generous and give me only $380 back if I don’t accept it will give me nothing. Child didn’t cry any day was there. They caused me my job and 880$.
