    After filing an **** claim due to an accident , I dropped my scooter off on September 15th, 2022, to Motortoyz. I spoke with an employee about the damage, and they had said the parts are impossible to find, so the man who hit me would have to pay for a replacement. I had asked to keep my old scooter as well, and they said that was no problem. After filling out the paperwork they needed (stating they have my property now), I was supposed to get an email copy from the boss shortly after. A couple of weeks went by, about the middle of October 2022, with no email receipt received, so I tried to call them. That's when I found out they closed down for the winter season. I tired calling and emailing several times in hopes for a response, nothing. At some point their voicemail had been updated, stating that they were changing locations and will be open as of April 2023 and that they will be contacting all customers who have yet to be taken care of. I have not received a phone call or email and have kept up with calling and emailing since their supposed to re-opening in April. Because this is an **** claim, there is an expiration date, which is March 8th, 2024. I am looking to either have them take care of my claim right away and give my old scooter back, or if they cannot do it within the time frame, to return my scooter to me so I can hopefully find another place able to proceed with my **** claim within the timely manner.
