      There wasn't a less than one star or i would have given Total Restoration it.****** ** ****** ***** ******** We had insurance claim they were responsible for completing
      When we moved back in Kurtis hadn't even walked down the place
      We had the following items
      1) Doorbell was smashed and making a funny noise
      2) Gas Stove was not hooked up
      3) Water to fridge wasn't hooked up
      4) Washer and dryer not hooked up
      5) Vents were not installed in some places
      6) Downstairs was not cleaned dust everywhere
      7) Upstairs Bathrooms weren't cleaned from dust
      8) Couch upstairs was not plugged in. Had Couch over plug in
      9) Boxes downstairs not unpacked
      10) Carpets with dust weren't cleaned
      11) Furnish was damaged during vent cleaning
      Upon living in the house, the following items were discovered
      * Hardwood where the dishwasher was not installed
      * Hardwood under the cabinets in the kitchen Does not match rest of Hardwood
      * Ceiling fan missing a cover to the light bulb
      * Baseboards are not flush with the hardwood
      * Doorbell still has a buzzing noise when pushed to ring
      * Water damage downstairs from dishwasher It should be noted when they hooked it up it was leaking bad, and they removed it to the carport
      * They put felt on the legs of washing machine and upon doing loads it would slide out ( They have fixed now )
      * We are down to one spoon in the house now.
      . Numerous dents and scratches on the walls
      I was told on Oct 3rd that Kurtis would be completely removed from my file. Marisa **** ******* ** ** ****  took over and she was ok for a few days. When pushing for dates to fix the rest of the items she went radio silent I have heard Kurtis is still dealing with Insurance on this claim. Curtis is very arrogant person. He always tried to push the blame back to the sub contractors or me. Nothing was ever his fault . I never hired the subs . I don't know how I can be blamed for his screw ups
