    We hired and paid Quality Furniture Refinishing Inc to refinish and reno our kitchen cabinets on Feb 25 2022.
    They built a bulk head complete with glass and lighting inside, above my existing cabinets to make it look like the cabinets went right up to my ceiling. First issue we had was all the LED lighting inside this sealed bulkhead fell down because the lighting strip was stuck to my stipple ceiling without any other form of support or clips. (which came with the lights) Second problem is the lower LED lights do not work properly because 6 strand wire should have been used but 2 wire was used in error. We have a few other deficiencies and things that still needed to be complete like trim pieces around and by the kitchen window and along backsplash. Some of the trim was not nailed properly. These were all things that we kept getting told would be looked after. We have text messages of Wade the owner telling us these issues would all be fixed, but now he is not returning our texts or phone calls.
    We now have to hire someone to come and repair and complete the job that we have already paid Quality Furniture Refinishing Inc to do.
    We are wondering if the BBB could help us recover some money from this company to cover the costs to repair and complete the job? We have already paid Quality Refinishing Inc in full but we were very fair with them and always paid for any extra's we added to the original scope of work. (see invoices #**** and #**** attached)
    It is not our fault the LED lights were installed without support and the entire bulkhead has to be removed to be able to fix the issue. (they can clean the fingerprints they left inside the glass while this is down)
    It is not our fault the wrong wire was used to install the undermount lighting. We just need them working properly. I cannot use the remote like am supposed to.
    I need the rest of the trim installed as well. I paid for it already!!!
