    I would give a minus rating if it was a choice here. Way below par!!

    “****** *** ******* *** ***** *** *** ***** **** ** ********* ** ***** *** ******* ****** **** **** *** *** ** **** **** *** ****** **** ****** **** **** *** ****** ******* ***** **** ** **** *** **** ** **** ** ***** *** ****** **** **** *** ****** ** *** ****** ** *** ***** **** ***** ** ********* *** *** **** *** ***** **** **** * *** ** *** ** *********** ********”
    NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They left me with a product quality problem and answer my calls or emails. I thought this company was reputable, I was wrong.
    If your looking for customer service, stand behind the product they sell
    BUT NO THEY DONT, I think they may feel un touchable or something, maybe just been in business to long and they have become complacent. The garage door was not cheep, the product looks great. After purchase service is Not there let along return my calls and emails

But no, I paid in good faith that this company was good to use but they not. This company needs a wakeup call. There’s so many other competitors out there, I strongly recommend TO NOT CHOOSE this company. I’m so disappointed I chose this company Legacy Doors Kelowna BC l they have left me high and dry with there product problem and they seem to ok with that.
