  We loved working with comfort keepers and the nurse we had was amazing for our family. She listened and was compassionate and respectful for what we needed for our family. I highly recommend using them for any help you need for how accommodating they are.

  My elderly father had fractured his neck vertebrae and we needed a RN for collar care, and additional support with the transition from the hospital. We reached out to ****** who was extremely knowledgeable and empathic and genuine with her care. She truly listened to our needs and has been more than accommodating with scheduling us, even on short notice. Her 20 plus years as a nurse gave us the confidence that proper care would be given. She truly cares about her clients and has built a genuine bond of trust, that is truly appreciated in todays challenging health care system. She works hard for the clients needs, and has made this three plus month journey, that much easier with her years of knowledge and experience. I highly recommend ****** and Comfort Keepers in Kelowna. She has been wonderful, and her hard working old school ethics have been truly appreciated. Very fortunate to have found this level of care!

  We have had the extreme pleasure to have Comfort Keepers involved in a critical time in my relative's life. The professionalism caring people with Comfort Keepers have jumped into our crisis and working with us helped immensely. Together the support and guidance of the staff going above and beyond to aid us has been exceptional. We could not have accomplished this without Comfort Keepers, taking my relative shopping, medical appointments hospital visits while keeping everyone informed so decisions could be made quickly resulting the best care possible. My relative has been a challenge but the work with Comfort Keepers staff changed from confrontational to one of trust and respect as we all work to do what is best. I hope people needing this support look at Comfort Keepers first. The best decision I have made through this transition.

  My husband and I were asked to help a Senior Friend in finding a Care Giver after her husband passed away. Her health was our main concern and we noticed that it was definitely failing on visits with her. *** ********** ** ******** *** * *** ** ************ ****** ** ********* *****.We started with a list of possible care help and decided to call Comfort Keepers. Although the initial call was to Kelowna, we were immediately transferred to ****** in ******. After a brief talk on the phone with ******, we realized that she was friendly, professional ; we made an appointment for the next day and it started a wonderful friendship for all of us.********************* right in and although our friend decided not to like anyoneespecially ******, saying that she was too bossy and talked too much! Our Friends home was evaluated and changed a little to accommodate comfort and access with more ease. Then without dropping a tear for a lot of mean words or actions, ****** kept forging forward to gain Trust and Understanding. She attended countless meetings, took her new friend shopping, to Dr. ************* etc., anything that needed doing.Meals were prepared together.and soon our dear friend referred to ****** as her New Friend. an ***** who helps her! Giggles, eating take out and driving are their two favorite pastimes and surely treasured by both. On the serious side, ****** is a Registered Nurse and is always checking her clients well being, without them even knowing! Noticing swollen ankles, and little changes in a persons walk, etc. are all part of the picture. Helping with solutions for seniors before they even notice that there was a problem!We have complete trust in ****** and know that she has only goodness flowing in her veins. Complete and utter caring is accomplished by this little power houseno mountain to tall for this girl!
