      I was in a traumatizing car crash ** ******** **** * *** ** *** ******** **** *** ** *** *** ** *** **** *** ******** ******** * *******, when I was recommended Nurses Next Door. Nurses Next door had a great care giver and some terrible caregivers. When my regular care giver was not available I had to deal with terrible services. During my 2 hour service I had a caregiver ******** her husband in her native language ignoring me and focusing on her phone, when she wasn't glued to her phone she was sleeping on my recliner. When it came to my wound care the same caregiver dropped my silver interface which is suppose to prevent infection on to the floor, she then ran it under water and placed it back onto my wound which caused infection. When I addressed concern they continued to have her come back with my regular care giver was not available, since then I was cut off with no noticed and I found better service else where.
