    I used many investment clubs but very new to day trading. I signed for Active trader course only to realized $ ******* is a prerequisite course fees. I found info very lengthy , stressful and contacted the owner within a few days asking to cancel it. All investment clubs have a grace ****** based on the nature of the business. It is not for everyone. Day trading venture course should have some flexibility after trying to understand information for few days before committing . I feel it is very unfriendly way of doing business. I feel I was taken advantage for wanted to try and see if I can do it.

    ******** ***** purchased our training course, membership and support package. She received everything that was promised. Like any education program, it requires effort and committment to gain value. When she advised that she was having difficulty, I provided my personal help to her to get on track. I continue to make that offer to her but it seems she has given up. Most of my students do not need that level of help from me but I make it available to everyone because I want to see people succeed. That is why I have been able to run this education and tools business for over 30 years with thousands of happy students.

    I am rejecting this response because: As the owner states , he has been in this business for 30 years and he know there is big difference  in casually investing and tensely monitoring stocks daily with measuring any risk and reading and watching ton of information daily. I am happy to read that  many of  students  have done well with this program. Like with any learning objectives sometimes things just do not click and therefore I could not learn it ( even understand it) and use it to make money. I was upfront from the beginning that this stress and information overload is more then I thought it would be. I would truly appreciate  if you would  see my point  from aging woman perspective. I wanted to learn but I didn't understand it is impossible till I signed. We all here to learn and have positive life experience. I hope business owner be thoughtful and refund my tuition of this course.  I am sure he has many wonderful successful  student , I am just not one of them.
