      We were very impressed with the service from this moving company. They sent three young people (Jaquelin, James and Blaise) who were exceptional! Our move was a complicated one because it took place largely indoors in tight spaces and every move had to be sequenced. Also some heavy items had to be moved outside and then up the front steps to the house. Further, a desk needed to be partially dismantled and the door removed for it to fit through a small room's door. Yet these employees were calm, thoughtful, careful. They never grumbled and were considerate and friendly. We could not have had a better moving experience! Thank you Two Small Men With Big Hearts Moving Company!

      Had a few problems with the salesperson who gave us a quote and signed us up. She made promises she could not keep which we only found out when it was too late. Got it rectified by going to a manger and then everything else was great. Driver who picked up our stuff and then delivered was efficient, friendly and very professional.

      The worst customer service experience of my life. The first 3 men who arrived had NO CLUE what they were doing. Our 600 sq ft apartment took over 5 hours to pack into the truck. They called in their senior mover to help them with a stationary bike. After 4.5 hours - the first crew got taken out of the job and a whole new crew arrived. Fortunately this second crew actually knew how to move small boxes and furniture. However, they stopped on route for beer, got drunk while unpacking *** **** ***** *** **** *** ********* ***. One guy got so confused, when they were almost done moving us IN, he started moving us OUT again. They stood our Marble table sideways on the back patio and chipped it, constantly throwing out ****** comments, complaining about the weight of our boxes (when they were trying to move 4 at a time). They entered our house through the kitchen, and I found kitchen boxes in the bedrooms and bedroom boxes in the garage. Overall, between the 7 people we had on site, it took over 8 hours to complete the job (plus the 1.5 hours of transport time that they bill you for), and they probably took 2.5-3 hours of breaks. My first experience using a moving company in over a dozen moves and I wish I had done it myself.
      When the office guy called for payment and we told him our concerns instead of having a reasonable discussion he threatened to send us to collections. When the manager followed up, we received an email stating that they would review this in their monthly meetings and thank you for replying.
