      CE plumbing & heating was the worst experience they take advantage by overcharging with a set rate instead of hourly rate like their competitors. Wish I would have known they were crooks before they did my final job. How can they feel good about charging such high prices knowing how easy and cheap the supplies that they supplied were I already had toilet ****** and faucet installed prior to them arriving they just had to hook up emergency shut off valves and lines to connect to previous rough in and a very small amount of drain pipe from faucet the job took 1 1/2 hours the plumber spent 20 minutes talking on his phone didnt finish caulking around the toilet it looks unfinished charging over $1000 when competitors would have been $700 cheaper is sickening they take your credit card information immediately so you cant communicate with them about anything to satisfy you as a customer to get better pricing they sale you up on annual fee subscription making you think your receiving a good deal but really they reel you in so if you change your mind on continuing with them they will not refund your amount you were overcharged. It makes me sick to think the unfinished toilet caulking and cheap installation of water pipes got immediately charged to my credit card and to think my initial extensive rough in of the water lines from my house existing lines also from CE Plumbing and shower hook up were cheaper at $800 and took much longer about 4 hours. Taking a major loss to the extreme pricing they charged and dealing with very disrespectful management if I could rate them a 0 I would. They were a waste of money and my time, best advice I could say go elsewhere youll save a lot of money and get treated better.

We ensure transparency in our pricing, and it's important to note that on two separate occasions, you approved the costs before the work was carried out. We were surprised to hear concerns about the pricing after the services were completed, given that the terms were agreed upon in advance.Membership and Discounts: You requested a refund for your membership after utilizing the benefits, including discounts on the services provided. Although you were no longer an active member, we honored your request and processed the refund. We have provided proof of this transaction. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts to resolve this, we have not received any evidence from you indicating that the refund was not processed correctly.Quality of Work: We understand that you were not satisfied with certain aspects of the job, such as the caulking around the toilet. We would have appreciated the opportunity to address these concerns at the time. We encourage all our customers to communicate any issues directly so that we can rectify them immediately.Pricing Structure: Our pricing is based on a flat rate system which is also based on national averages, which ensures transparency and consistency in our services. This is different from an hourly rate model, but it is designed to give our customers peace of mind, knowing the cost upfront without any surprises.We are genuinely sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, despite our efforts to provide clear communication and fair service.       I had a small water leak in my service room and contacted CE Plumbing and Heating to fix it. They sent out a plumber and while he was writing up his bill I went downstair to check and found that one of the connections that he had made was leaking and I asked him to go back and fix this leak. After he gone one of my outside taps was giving me a problem so I went to shut it off form inside the house only to find that he had removed the shut off valve in the line to the outside taps. He had done this without my permission. I therefore had to shut off my irrigation line in order to shut off the outside taps which was unacceptable.I emailed the company and asked them to reinstall the shut off valve that they had removed. This has not been done even after making several more requests. In one reply the official who phoned me even doubted my word that there was a shut off valve in that line. I had the house built and have lived in it for 28 years and have had occasion to use that shut off on many occasions. They say on their website that the work is guaranteed 100%. What a joke! I advise anyone looking for a plumber to look elsewhere.
