    I was working in ************ and had a water line break in the crawl space under my house in *******. They went out and made an assessment and then called me and said they would not fix it because of safety concerns then charged me $103.95 for the call so then I called a handyman and he went over and 20 Mins later the repair was complete. I was not happy with Vision at all and would never phone or recommend them to anyone.

    During our assessment of your crawl space, we found 3 inches of standing water, and with the water main approximately 40 feet away, it posed significant safety concerns. As a result, we suggested contacting a restoration company to address the water damage safely.

    When we followed up on your complaint, you mentioned a previous plumbing company had the same concerns, but charged you more for their service.

    The $103.95 charge reflects the time and expertise of our technicians for the assessment. While we couldnt proceed with the repair, we hope our guidance helped you resolve the issue.
