      Not a very efficient bussiness. Especially when "they" are unbable to account for their mess ups regarding peoples financial contributions to their own strata corporation. They (Inspire) should have the integrity to be transparent and forthcoming regarding the financials ond seniors on fixed pensions and at the very least reply to emails and or phone calls within a reasonable time frame. Very dissapointed with this bussiness.

      Hi ****,It is unfortunate that your unnecessary and unexpected cheque payment was not processed before your monthly pre-authorized payment was collected. I can assure your that our intentions were well meaning when we collected in accordance with your payment agreement for the exact amount due on the due date, and inform you that your additional cheque was not processed. I am therefore saddened that our actions caused you to feel that we are not transparent and lack integrity.
