    The many "buy extra product" options after I accepted a free eBook was misleading. I thought I was getting additional books for one price, but found out that their pricing was per EBOOK. I ended up spending $97.29 - I had gone to their website thinking I was going to spend $9.95.On each page there is a big, brightly colored "buy" button. Under that is a line stating you don't want that specific page's offer in small type, and in a light grey. This is specifically targeted at older people with poor vision.Each time you click either "buy" or "don't want this offer" you're taken to the next set of offers. Again and again.

    These people fake you in with a low price and then highjack you into purchasing additional worthless online delivered "cookbooks", which you may or may not want. The are deceptive and devious and should be avoided. We got trapped there by following an AD on ********. Do not trust any ads on ************* There are a bunch of crooks attempting to steal your money! We would rate them as a minus 5!Read the review immediately following. Be forwarned! These people are not honest folk!

    We are very sorry to hear that you did not have a fantastic experience with our products. 

    Upon checking on your order, we see that your copy of the Diabetic Kitchen cookbook was delivered back on May 30th.

    We truly do not understand what you mean by "highjack you into purchasing additional products". We simply offer our customers the option to purchase more products that they may be interest in. This is 100% optional and no one is required to make any purchases they do not want. 

    Unfortunately, we do see that you Disputed your transactions with your bank, and your bank proceeded to reject your claim as it was inaccurate and false.

    We are more then happy to assist you if there is anything else that we can do.

    The "buy extra product" option after I accepted a free ebook was misleading. I thought I was getting 1 extra book at $8.16, not 6 at that price. Once I received the confirmation email, I notified them that this was not what I wanted, and they refused to refund my money. Their wording specifically asked customers to contact them directly for resolution, not our bank. I ended up spending $49, instead of $8.16, and I will not be using the eBooks they emailed to me. They made no attempt to appease my concern, despite sending several emails over the course of one day. Their website states that they try to resolve issues on the same day. I got a response the following day, when it was much too late. I am not at all satisfied with inability to help me.

    Unfortunately, we really dont understand your comment "They made no attempt to appease my concern, despite sending several emails over the course of one day" as we offered you a gift card equal to the entire value of your order ($49).

    Furthermore, in regards to your comment of  "Their website states that they try to resolve issues on the same day. I got a response the following day, when it was much too late." Your first email to us was at night when we were closed. We replied to your email at 1 pm the following business day. To be specific, we replied to your inquiry 4 business hours after it was received. 

    Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to support you. We will still honor the $49 gift card. Please just give us a shout.
