    I purchased my system and had installed by Nova 2 years ago. It was supposed to be sized to run a house, a shop, and a barn, yet in the winter it can't support the load of a 380 sqft cabin we live in while building without the generator on at least an hour a day. We are nowhere near what the load will be. It's not a component issue as everything is top of the line. 3 months into having our system, we had a lithium battery fire due to nova ignoring the daily over charge warnings which I know both they and I received and I spoke to them about. If someone wasn't home we would have lost everything. Then when they came out to repair the system and realized that all the controls were also fried, they just left my wife with no power even though we had a brand new generator that they we supposed to install. If it wasn't for my electrician we would have had no power for weeks in November when it was already negative temperatures out. The generator they sold us never works when it nears 30 below which is very normal spent 5 hours at 1am at 40 below out in the cold to try to get it to start because we had now power due to somehow running our 40 kw battery bank out with an all gas heated 380 sqft cabin. This last winter we had an inverter explode due to incorrect generator charging and if it wasn't for the help of people I know that walked me through steps to just run on generator, we would have had no power for a week again while 25 below out. When our system was installed, I was told they have a 24hr emergency support number, we'll that's a lie. If it's outside normal business hours don't expect any help......for that matter don't expect any help during business hours as they won't answer phone calls are emails unless they can't see who's calling (like blocking your ID). Then you will get ahold of reception, and they will tell you they will call back, which never happens. We recently are having a problem with our generator which we bought extended warranty they said good luck

    Our Cummins generator is having issues and there is a   20 kW models include a 5-year/2,000 hour limited warranty, plus we bought an 2 year extended warranty. 

     

    we would like this issues to be fixed or would like the money back for the generator and warranty, and they can take the generator back.
