    I paid ***** for 64 rentals within my search while scrolling and looking about 75% of the ads were removed from their host website I got 0 value out of my money

    Our records show that ******** did register Feb 4, and did get over 60 rentals the very first day. ******** also contacted Homefinders and complained that most or not all the rentals were already rented.  We admitted that that some of them may have been (but NOT all of them. We told her that now that she registered with Homefinders we will be emailing her up to 5 times a day of all the rentals that just were just posted on the website and guaranteed that ALL of them would still be available when sent to her. She agreed and I thought that we dealt with her in a professional manner. 

    I was surprised that she would contact the BBB after we left the conversation.  We are more than happy to refund her, ans we already have. Within minutes of receiving the BBB complaint, we submitted her request to our credit card processing company and approved that she gets a full refund. Please see attached the confirmed email that was also sent to the client.

    This business claims to be BBB accredited A+ and does not provide a way for users to delete their accounts or personal information and provides no way for users to unsubscribe from their spammy emailing multiple times per day. The account edit page does not work in the user profile and no contact information changes can be made by the user. I do not want this company to hold my personal information or to contact me ever again.

    3 Things

    1- ********* NEVER paid for our service, so he is not even a customer of Homefinders

    2- We never received an email complaint from ********* ***, and if we did, we would have deleted them from our database right away.

    3- We have made sure that there is NO ********* in our database (see attached screenshot), so it will be impossible for us to contact or email this person ever again.

    The only way that this person will ever receive an email from us, is if THEY sign up again themselves.
