    Our 11 year old son was referred to the clinic in ****** from our GP. We completed the very lengthy questionaire ahead of time as discussed. We drove to ******, had the preappointment. Then they showed us where i may sleep, where our son may sleep, where the workers would be. Then we were told we had to wait a month to get a phone call from the doctor. The day of the appointment came, I went and picked up our son from school after only being there for a couple hours, and drove home for the appointment. We waited for about an hour when I decided to call the office. They said the doctor is running behind but we are on the list and will be called. Around 2 or 3 pm now, still no call. I decided to call the office again. They said the doctor called my wife 2 minutes after I called the office. Who herself was at work, and was never at any of the appointments prior. My wife said they are waiting for the doctor to call and gave them my phone number that they already had and knew i was waiting on. The doctor apparently decided that after the 1 minute phone call with my wife, that now the doctor did not have time. No time in fact to the point where they have never called back, even to this day where **** is 2 days away. What a frustrating experience, a lost experience. Our poor son is just still waiting, after the time, effort, and money involved for our family... still absolutely nothing. Stay away from this place. They just do not care at all. Not at all. Im sure the clinic and the doctor still got paid for our appointment that never happened. So does our 11 year old son need the the sleep test or what guys? Still waiting!
