We booked the gold leaf Rocky Mountaineer train service (so worth it!), the ********* hotel, and extended days in ***** with multiple day trips through Rocky Mountain Holidays to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and our daughter's college graduation. The three of ** had a wonderful trip and appreciated that all the details were handled by the agency. We even extended our trip by a day after paying off the trip and *** quickly booked our hotel and car pickup change. The whole trip went smoothly and I highly recommend using this agency to book your trip rather than directly through the train company so you can customize your vacation.

I enjoy making my own travel plans however Canada was unknown territory for me and I contacted Rocky Mountain Holidays for assistance. *** was great from the outset and provided my wife ******* and I with a complete package which included *******, *****, *********************, the Rocky Mountaineer and *********. THE ROCKY MOUNTAINEER TRAIN WITH A STAY AT LAKE LOUISE MADE AN OUTSTANDING 15TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION VACATION . While most people celebrate their 50th anniversary doing something special, we ended up celebrating our 51st! That wasn’t our original plan but COVID had other ideas. I originally scheduled a Rocky Mountaineer Vancouver to Banff trip for September 2021 with three other couples. I saw a video on ******* singing the praises of Tom O at Rocky Mountain Holidays and made the fortuitous decision to contact him to make arrangements. Through border closures, COVID rules, health issues and postponements, Tom was there redoing what had to be redone and reassuring me as we navigated around the obstacles. One of our traveling companions theorized that Tom never slept, he was that responsive to emails. While our trip ended up being just four of us because of unavoidable circumstances, it was definitely a celebration to remember and, thanks to Tom and Rocky Mountaineer, one that played out flawlessly.Rocky Mountain Holidays Ltd.

This was a fantastic experience in every way! Gorgeous views that made for a wonderful connection to nature, delicious dining and impeccable service from the time of booking to the end of journey. A well organized and smooth operation - very impressive! A personal shout out to Tom O******* who helped us sort through some last minute changes and went beyond the call of duty. He is such a professional and so personable, too! Strongly recommend the GoldLeaf service - well worth it! For years my wife and I talked about a Rocky Mountaineer Railroad rail and bus tour. This year we took one and were extremely pleased. Tom O of Rocky Mountain Holidays worked out all the details for our trip. We were thrilled with the train, the hotels, the scenery, etc. etc. All were wonderful. When we talk to our friends about our trip, we heartily recommend that they work with Tom when considering a Rocky Mountain Railroad trip.

Special thanks to Tom O of Rocky Mounteer who did an excellent job of organizing our Circle Tour and helped us negotiate the necessary delays because of the Pandemic. He was a joy to work with and we couldn't have been more pleased with the results and getting to go on this adventure of a lifetime. Every detail was made as easy and as enjoyable as possible. Tom O******* of Rocky Mountain Holidays totally helped us put together an anniversary trip of a lifetime exploring British Columbia & Alberta on The Rocky Mountaineer. We found Tom always easy to get ahold of & willing to offer great advice on side trips/hikes, accommodations, dining, etc. We considered him a real partner in putting together our 2 week adventure. His attention to all the details resulted in fantastic use of our time - there were no surprises to have to deal with. From planning, invoicing, and a perfectly detailed itinerary, Tom was our Go -To. he had us the best prepared for any trip we have ever taken. Kudos Tom!!

We just returned from a Rocky Mountaineer trip from Calgary to Vancouver. It was the best trip, everything was handled for us with no issues at all. The tour guides were knowledgeable and interesting to listen to. We were celebrating our 50th anniversary and it was an excellent way to acknowledge that milestone.Rocky Mountain Holidays Ltd.
