Absolutely worst dealership trying to get something fixed on a brand new $110,000 MSRP car they didn't see this in their PDI and they're trying to worm out of it. ********** is sandblasted from transportation. And they didn't see it so warranty won't cover sandblasting and every time you try to discuss this with them big Dodger calls they don't return phone calls they just walk away basically. It's up to them to pay for this out of pocket. They missed a lot in their PDI key fobs weren't working door locks weren't working because the 12 volt battery in the trunk for an electric car there's a little 12 volt battery was dead they should have checked that beforehand. It's been nothing but a nightmare with this car. Then they messed up the *** number and made me resign paperwork a day later after I already signed paperwork. And then a month later they tried to make you sign another $3,000 cash allowance addendum h*** no what type of shady business is this

On Friday March 1st I took my 2011 Dodge Ram into Okanagan Dodge ******** in ******* to have a fuel pump replaced. The quote came back as $1,400 ($900 for the pump and $500 for labor. They didn't give me a quote to diagnose the problem and when I returned, they had billed me $200 just for the diagnosis on something I already knew was the problem. The following Friday I told them to go ahead and that I had found a cheaper NEW factory Bosch fuel pump for a third of the price they had quoted me. It came to $331 and included shipping from ********* (partsavatar.ca) They told me they would look into it after paying the $200 for the diagnosis (which I told them i wasn't happy about) I also paid a further $300 towards the repairs. When I returned the following Monday, they told me the truck was done and handed me a bill for nearly $2,000. On the bill was an 'O' ring for $79 (A small rubber band like part that costs around $7 from the manufacturer) I complained and told the service manager that I had been quoted $1,400 and that they would bring in the $331 parts from partAvatar to further reduce the invoice down to a more reasonable $900. I was told the best they could do is meet me halfway if I brought in the original quote. The bill for replacing a $331 part now sits at $1,780.00 so the truck sits on their lot until I can find a way to pay this bill. Recommendation is to shop around online for parts when getting these quotes for vehicle repairs so you dont have the issues I have had. I will NEVER use Okanagan Dodge again!!! As far as i'm concerned these guys come as close to fraudulent business practices as you can get.

Dodge Journey RTI was sold a vehicle they wont fix for a known problem with their stereodrains the battery daily after 12 hours of each charge.I was told to find a small mechanic business who may look at it due to the possible problems with their stereo (the stereo in the vehicle when I purchased it new)I havent been able to drive it, without fear of it draining the battery, for over four years now.

These guys tried to bait and switch me. And wasted a lot of time doing it.I factory ordered a new Jeep from the Jeep.ca website. They received the build sheet, we negotiated a price of $80k and placed the order. This was all smooth, no red flags.Several months after waiting I asked for a full parts list. It was only at that point that I noticed the headlights were listed as "halogen". I was informed that the LED package I ordered was not available due to supply issues.I thought ok, we can maybe get a little discount for that, not a huge deal. But still odd that they didn't inform me, I had to find it myself by sifting through the full parts list. Finally after 5 months the Jeep arrived. Just not the one I ordered. It had a completely different roof (soft top, when we ordered the body-color freedom panels) and was missing the advanced safety group and LED lighting groups. A total of $4400 worth of missing components and a completely wrong roof.Still, I thought maybe we could salvage the deal, so I got a bank draft went in to find out what could be done. They at least admitted that the Jeep was not what was ordered or negotiated for. But their answer for how to fix it was to factory order a hard top and charge me an additional $3k to cover the difference. So I'm down $4400 in components, with the wrong roof. And their "solution" was to charge me an additional $3k to fix the roof.I can only assume they weren't happy with the margins from the original deal so they were hoping to switch out some components and bait me into taking the deal. The sad part is they will probably find some sucker who will pay for it.Take your business elsewhere. These guys are either incompetent, or dishonest. Possibly both.
